Ponce Inlet Lighthouse - 'Climb to the Moon Tour'
Climb to the Moon at Florida's tallest lighthouse to experience spectacular views of the sunset and moonrise. The Ponce Inlet Lighthouse is located just 20 minutes south of the El Caribe Resort, at the end of A1A. This is quite an experience, guests will see see panoramic views of the Florida coast underneath the moonlight. Limited space available, tickets must be purchases in advance. Race Week - February

Daytona Bike Week - March
Bikers travel from all over the country to Daytona's largest annual event - Bike Week. El Caribe is just a few minutes away from all the Bike Week action, which includes entertainment, bike shows, charity runs, riding the loop, and plenty more within the 10 day event. Ormond Beach Seafood & Blues Festival - May
Food lovers, this event is for you! Taste a variety of fresh seafood from local restaurants, enjoy live music, vendors and children's activities at the annual Ormond Beach Seafood Festival. There will be more than 20 music acts performing and plenty of seafood to taste. Located at Rockefeller Gardens, at 25 Riverside Drive in Ormond Beach (just north of Daytona). Admission is $5 for adults and children 12 and under are free.

Coke Zero 400 Race - July
Spend Fourth of July weekend in Daytona Beach for the popular NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race, the Coke Zero 400. Independence Day is something we take seriously here in Daytona, so be prepared for fireworks and plenty of celebrating!

Daytona Beach Kennel Club
Year round racing you can bet on, with Greyhound dog racing every Monday through Saturday. Enjoy lunch or dinner at the Pavillion Restaurant and for those looking to get lucky, try your hand at the Poker Room. A new shuttle service is available for Tuesday and Thursday evenings, stopping in front of Perrys Ocean Edge (our sister property next door), at 6:00pm and 6:45pm. The shuttle service returns at 9:45pm and after the last race.
